Blane/Blake and Josh did an amazing job installing the heat pump. They arrived at 8:30 am and finished at 2 pm. They were courteous and professional. The house is cool for the first time since it was built in 1857! We want to thank Eric for his professionalism and knowledge in taking us through our options. He has the skill set to succeed. This was my first time using Joe's Heating and Air Conditioning. I met with Tony to arrange installation of a heat pump. He provided me with thorough information to make an informed decision. The day of installation went very smoothly. Blake and Chris were prompt, completed the job well and spent the time showing me how everything worked. They left my home very clean on leaving. I would definitely use Joe's again.

Excellent delivery install and clean up. Done in a timely fashion. They had to do a little bit of creative obstacle management in order for it to work. The installers,Josh and Tim, did a fantastic job. Cleaned up Everything! and no mess. Very pleasant crew. We’ve used Joe’s heating for over 24 years. We’ll keep coming back for our next upgrades.

Blake and Chris did a great job installing my new furnace. They arrived on time at 830 and were finished up earlier than I expected. Showed me the new install and how to operate the new thermostat. They were both very polite and friendly.

Top notch customer service, care and work from everyone at Joe's. Our new A/C unit was installed today by Tim & Josh who were courteous, professional and skilled. This was pur second experience as we got our furnace from them last year. Highly recommend this company for value, service, warranty and professionalism!
