We are very very happy with the technician (Jon P) that came to our house. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and it was clear he cared a lot for his job.

Our heater tank was leaking and I had all my trust in Jon to fix it. He was confident, kept me in the loop, and his sense of humor is to die for. My toddler was interested in watching and he was so kind and warm to my 3 year old.

He did an excellent job in a timely manner (under 2 hours!). He even checked to make sure there was no monoxide leaking after he changed our unit. He took all steps to ensure a great and safe service to us. He explained everything so that we understood what was going on. We will recommend this company to everyone as a result! 🙂 we are very pleased with Jon.

Have been a customer of Joes for 10 years. The experience has always been good. They are prompt and courteous and fix any problems. The office staff is knowledgeable and professional and I have to say the last few times we have had Will come to our house. He not only knows what he is doing but he is so good at customer service and actually seems to enjoy his job. I would highly recommend Joe’s for all your heating and air conditioning needs

Amazing customer service from the very beginning of our first contact with Joe's to the installation of our new furnace and A/C. Tony was great, professional and very knowledgable(and patient) and took the time to explain the different options available, the process of installation, and answered our many questions before and during the process. The crew, Jonny, Blake and Chris were absolutely top notch! They explained what they were doing during the installation and checked to ensure we satisfied and understood the process. They were extremely neat and tidy in their workmanship and worked efficiently in very hot temperatures to complete the job!
We would highly recommend Joe's for their outstanding customer service and job satisfaction!

I was so very pleased with the air conditioner install team today ! Johnnie and Brian (Brad:) . They arrived early, were very respectful of me/my home/property! All my questions were answered with patience and friendliness .They explained everything they were doing . They even worked steadily through the downpour and thunder we had today . They left the work spaces clean and tidy and then some , you wouldn't know they had even been here, so Thank you so much Johnnie and Brian !! It was such a pleasant , easy going , friendly experience ! You made my day

Had the pleasure of Tim and Josh coming to install a new AC in my house and they were absolutely amazing. They took the time to answer all my questions and fixed the mess of pipes and wires that were left from the last install. Before leaving they made sure I was 100% happy with the work and cleaned up to the point that you would have not even known workers were present. Absolutely amazing.
