I was very happy with my experience relying on Joe's Heating. I called with an A/C problem in the morning of a very hot day and they were able to have a technician come to my home later the same day. The technician, Mark was professional and courteous and really had to be resourceful to find the fault in the system. In need of a new furnace, my son recommended Joe's Heating and Air Conditioning. After contacting them, Nick (from Joe's) came by to take measurements and go over options/recommendations. Nick patiently answered all our questions, and we decided on a Trane S9V2 unit. The next day Brian and Derek arrived at 8:30AM for what turned out to be a perfect experience. Following the install and follow-up checks, (about 8 hours in all), Brian and Derek reviewed their work with us .. walked through operation of the new filter unit and thermostat they installed .. and answered any questions. I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism and courtesy practiced by all involved. We will be contacting Joe's for a service contract and new fireplace insert shortly. Thanks so much.
