Joe's has fixed my homes inconsistent temperature. We had poor airflow in the upstairs, and this company was the only one who took time to diagnose the actual issue, to come up with the best plan to run new ducting and install a modern furnace/blower, and then had great value on actually doing the work. It was done quickly, by people I enjoyed having in my home, who were professional and did a great job. It's been weeks now, with some of the hottest weather, and my upstairs is actually comfortable. My problem is ACTUALLY fixed. It's not attempted to be fixed, or we didn't try to "make it a little better" - it's fixed. For real.

Other companies tried to suggest the problem could "maybe" be solved through simply installing new equipment, or could not come up with a good plan. Including Joe's in my quotes was a huge win for me.

Recently had an old air conditioner replaced. Polite and professional team. They provided guidance on what to replace and what components to keep. Happy with their work. Highly recommend.

Yesterday, Tim, Josh & Will arrived just before 9 am as scheduled to install our new furnace and a/c unit. They were here until just before 6pm.
These fellas were friendly, answered all our questions while providing exceptional service. We will highly recommend Joe's and his team to our neighbours.

Blake is a professional, great guy easy to talk to who listened to what I had to say and delivered on an excellent installation. I always had a very satisfying experience with this company. In January, I called the office because our furnace wasn’t working. In just a couple of hours, NICK came to fix it and saved us from freezing in the winter.
Came the summer time and our AC stopped working so I have to call the office once again and instantly, SCOTT came to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, it was found out that unit needs to be replaced so he gave us a quote. I made arrangement with the office and with the help of TINA, we were approved of their financing plan. She then scheduled for our AC installation which happened earlier this month. JOHNNY and WILLIAM did a very great job in doing the installation. They were always on time and are very neat with their job as no mess is being left behind. They saved us once again from the scorching heat this summer brings.
