The Challenge
A Bowmanville homeowner had an aging and inefficient, 40-year-old oil boiler in a 6 plex rental property.
The Solution
We replaced the aging oil boiler with a new high efficiency condensing boiler, Alta Boiler Model ALTA-180-1G00 Heat-Flo 60 Gallon. We also added two in-direct water heaters to serve all the building’s units with a consistent supply of heat and hot water.
