Maintenance & Protection Plans

The Comfort Maintenance Plan involves performing equipment tune-ups on an annual basis. Regular maintenance of equipment will help prevent costly breakdowns, improve efficiency and extend the life of the equipment.  As a Comfort Plan member, you will enjoy priority service, take advantage of lower repair rates and discounts on new equipment purchases.  Maintenance plans are available for furnaces, air conditioners, tankless water heaters, humidifiers, fireplaces, and HRVs.

The Assurance Protection Plan extends the labour warranty on residential primary heating and cooling equipment for a period of one year.  This plan is best suited for equipment with an active manufacturer parts warranty. If your equipment fails, the diagnostic visit and repair costs are covered!  The cost of labour is covered under this plan, while the cost of part is covered by the manufacturer part warranty.  As well, one maintenance tune-up appointment is included.  As an Assurance Plan member, you will enjoy priority service and discounts on new equipment purchases.  The Assurance Protection Plan is a 12-month contractual term available on furnace and/or air conditioner units. 

The Peace Of Mind Protection Plan extends both the parts and labour warranty on residential primary heating and cooling equipment for a period of one year.  This plan is great for equipment with an expired manufacturer warranty.  On this plan, if primary equipment were to break down, the repair costs are fully covered!  Also, one maintenance tune-up appointment is included.  As a Peace Of Mind member, you will enjoy priority service, and discounts on new equipment purchases. Pre-inspection of equipment is required.  There is an annual repair limitation of $800/per equipment.  The Peace Of Mind Protection Plan is a 12-month contractual term available on furnace and/or air conditioner units.
